Divya Sejpal

I was born  in Iganga Uganda on Saturday 22 August 1959 at 10.00 am in a very loving hindu family. I was brought up  by my grandparents in Uganda up to the age of nine then we came to England.

I got married on 31st of July 1976 to a wonderful man of God, I am blessed with  three beautiful children and one grandson.

My first Job was an assistant to a Diresctor for a furniture company, I then managed a team of people in Henly's motor spare parts. I managed my own business for 10 years, now I work for ECHG as a  property  manager for English Churches Housing Group.

I was searching for the true God from a very young age. I travelled to India from Kanyakumari to Jamu which is from south to the north of India spent £26,000's in search of a blessing and a miracle for my husband.  But God found me in a church in Harlesden and my life hasb never been the same.

I gave my life to Jesus in July 2004 got baptised on 4th September 2004. I said the sinners prayer on 23 December 1999 and I was told I am born again but I didn’t understand the full meaning until I got baptised.

The miracle happened in my own house when I prayed in the name of Jesus for the beer to turn to water.

I fell in love with Jesus and I would go to the 9.00, 11.00, 2.00 and the 6.00 o’clock service until I met Pastor Agnes.  She taught me many things since joining Tabernacle ministries. She taught me how to pray for the sick, how to wait upon the Lord, how to compose and spend time in the holiest of the holiest. I also learned about cleansing the house and how to hear from God.

I am very blessed to have such a loving Pastor who cares for me and my family so much. Without the help of my Pastor I would not have been able to go to India to minister to the priests and distribute 1,000 bibles.

I would like to see Tabernacle ministries to be an international ministry, help the widows and the orphans in the areas where the Lord sends us. Have more trained leaders, intercessors and deliverance ministers before the people start coming in through our doors. I pray to God that we would be given the building to be open 24/7 so that we can minister to people any time of the day. It would to be nice to have a free phone line for people to ring in for prayers.

Ian Norman

Ian has been married to Sharda for just over 10 years and they have two children Hannah and Jonathon-James. They currently serve in leadership at NLCC Tokyngton in Wembley. Ian, Sharda and family were asked to join Tokyngton to assist the church when they were mourning the loss of their Pastor. During this process they facilitated the appointment of the current Pastor.

Ian’s role as an Elder in the church is to partake in the governance of the team and to assist the new Pastor in framing and fulfilling the vision, and establishing church and leadership structure. The church owns the community centre adjacent to the church and is looking to develop the centre as an active assist for the community and an expression of God beyond the ‘church doors’.

To facilitate the church and its objectives Ian is a trustee of the charity which owns the buildings, and manages the day-to-day running of the church and oversight of the community centre and its aims. Ian has been in leadership at NLCC for nearly 20 years and during this time was on staff as an Administrative & Pastoral Assistant for 7 years.

In 2000 he joined a new business as General Manager and oversaw its growth from its inception with two people to a company turning over some £10m in two years and utilising in excess of 150 people. In 2002 Ian started his own business with Sharda specialising in the security and communication industries where he currently devotes his working hours.
